Our menu is created by Chef/Owner Justin “Gus” Bays and prepared fresh from scratch every day by he and his culinary team. The open kitchen allows a great view of our rotating wood-fired brick oven, pizza doughs flying through the air, as well as providing an opportunity to see your whole meal being prepared.
