Sandwich of the Week – French Onion Cheese Melt

Each Wednesday the Chefs at Radius prepare a unique Sandwich of the Day! Today’s Sandwich of the Day is a French Onion Cheese Melt with beef stock reduced caramelized onions, fresh mozzarella, brie cheese, and smoked gouda on sourdough bread. Served with a cup of savory and herby au jus for dipping.
