Oktoberfest Burger – Firkadellen Burger!

Our Burger Thursday special this week is a Firkadellen Burger! We took the traditional German beef and pork recipe for meatballs, or meat patties, and put one on a pretzel bun with dijon mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle!
